Mediapro by Roures with his VAR buddies makes it happen that first goal is disallowed. Followed by De burgos seeing Madrid in dangerous counter which ended up with a goal, pulls it back despite giving signal to continue play and gives ball to Madrid. Lmfao! As cherry on top, Navas body checking Vini from behind in the box - nothing given, then later RM player body checking Navas in the same exact way, and he gives foul.

Yes, because there is a difference between bribery and corruption. On corruption there are periods of limitation, which have already been reached. So the only chance they have is if it goes down as bribery. But for that you need the "public function", which neither Negreira, nor any Barca president had. The whole accusation is build on sand without any proof.
The judge based in Barcelona that is spewing filth right now is a clown. He already had a humiliation after one of his cases being closed after 13 years of investigation without any proof. Imagine investigating something for 13 years without any proof, spending millions of tax money. The Negreira case will be his second humiliation and probably end his career.

De Jure Barca can fight this off honestly. Best course of action would be to attack definition of public function so it does not apply to referees’ committee and Negreira.
But the issue being, it does not solve cutural / image issue, which is in the toilet for eternity. As it should be.
