I don't know on what basis can he negotiate better deal with Barca...
He was very good in first half of the season, but what guarantee do we have that this downfall won't continue in season 16/17?
If anyone is in position to require more it's Suarez and Masche.

Because of his hype and haircut. Plain and simple.
He doesn't deserve anything but we all know Barca are going to spoil him more than he is already.
His daddy needs extra cash too after all his shady money laundering.
