11 - Raphinha

Xavi saw the potential and signed him
Enough said

Argue with yo mama
Then managed to misuse him for 2 seasons before eventually discovering he should not hug the touchline at the very end

Then of course managed to get praised for it by some although a competent coach would have done it from the start

How many points did raph win us in the title winning season, in games we won by a single goal?.

I'll wait for your answer.

If there is one thing dudes on here will never do is simply take the L.

Nothing is wrong with saying i was wrong and moving on, always gonna make some form of excuse or try to justify there take that has been proven wrong.

If most here were in change of the club, we would have

1. Sold all our best young players
2. Not sign any of the players who are currently starting for us
3. Be competing to finish 3/4.

And become the next arsenal.

So we would have
No League league title
No flick ball.

But don't worry after Madrid wins like 4 League titles in a row and another couple CL.

We could just flip a switch and start completing at the highest level again.

Like Arsenal, Oh wait.

That is almost entirely irrelevant to how he played during that period

I'm not sure if you are trying to do revisionism and claim he was good. I know for sure not even Raphinha would agree and not anybody else. No matter how many points he won.

He's not to blame for that either. Xavi misused him and it didn't help being subbed off in 60 min every game.

He has always been a clutch player but this is his first world class season with us. If we had a competent coach before Flick, it would be his third.

So basically you don't know.

Just because a player wasn't WC doesn't mean he wasn't good to very good for us.

Never seen a poster just talk for the sake of talking as much as this guy.

Its like you get up and say to yourself, i feel like typing some words today, that matches my view on football.

Without much thought behind it.

But then again, you did say a league title won over 38 games was a fluke so i shouldn't expect better.

That answer is 15 points he directly won us in games we won by a single goal, through either an assist or goal.

Under Xavi he was a bench option and under Flick he's a ballon d'or candidate

Yet some here trying to claim a "W"

Hilarious

Wouldn't exactly say a bench player, but Xavi didn't learn how to utilize him to the best of his abilities until later.
Only issue was that he still always subbed him off early which led to a lot of frustration from Raphinha.

And you, more than anybody on here, like to parrot whatever you said in your previous post when people reply to you without even trying to argue about what's said in the reply. That is how you make arguments and that's why having a normal conversation with you is near impossible.

I said he was always a clutch player but wasn't world class. Then you reply to me about how clutch he was despite not being WC, a thing we agree on. It's either lack of reading comprehension, lack of intelligence or you don't care about what you are posting.
