Jokes aside, they only mounted like 60-70% of the seats for the partial oppening, not all of them.
360 degree scoreboard looks nicer but other than visuals, not much real benefit. In Madrid's stadium, much of the space in that elongated long 360 scoreboard is useless and filled with colors, that's about it.
The only world class addition for new Bernabeu is the roof, that's impressive, because full metal structure is superior to cable tension based roofs in anything but cost of maintenance.
I think interior work is gonna be vital on the New Camp Nou personally. The outside and inside overall aspect of it is spot on (pending on how those ceramic strips will look in real life in terms of fitment, since on Bernabeu those metal plates ended up looking miles off from digital renders, making the facade look plain and boring imo). But they need to make sure the interiors look nice.
Also quite hilarious that on Bernabeu renders they made it seem like those metal plates could be used to project pictures on, but in the real project, it's basically a common metal cage. Massive copout.
