This season...
If Rashford has more goals/assists in league and CL than Raph what would that mean?
Also adding assists for pens Raphina didnt even touch ball in is a bit much.

Yea he's absolutely fundamental to flick ball & for the team to play at its peak.
But like I said before he's had a very stop start season.
But he's one of the 3 pillars of the team.
Even this season. 5 goal contributions in 2 CL knockout games. 2.5 G&A per game. Rashford has what? Some goals in groups on low pressure?

Again you are adding assists for pens he doesnt even get near the ball.. a bit much.

'Low pressure' but counting goals/assists v Newcastle when tie dead as opposed to scoring 2 away to Newcastle in group to help get in top places.
It means only one thing, that Raphinha had a problematic season with injuries. Otherwise, Rashford would have rubbed the bench in every single meaningful game.

Not all meaningless games as like to make out either.. scored away to Atelti, assisted away to Real, scored twice v Newcastle away etc.
But lets count 'assists' for Raph when doesnt touch ball and gets taken down for pen.

Not a chance.
There is not a coach in world football that chooses to have Raphinha ahead of Yamal.
That would be Raphinha who has been one of Barcas top couple players in possibly one tie under Flick.. against a mid table Newcastle with injuries.

Hell, obtaining a pen is even more important than an assist. Probably biggest contribution you can have beyond a goal. You're not making your case better with this one mate.

Again.. he missed majority of games v better teams in league and CL.
Also more than him missing in lot of those games also.
No coach anywhere rates him with Yamal for club or country.

And the 18 yr old is by far the better player.
The argument a few weeks back was that Raphinha was knackered and legs ruined by Flick last season...
Fair change when proven to be garbage spouted when not great.

In some aspects. In others, Raphinha clears him just as obviously.
Did Yamal score any goal this season in a big game that was not a penalty? Don't think so.

Overall far superior player and more important.
It isnt close.
No coach anywhere believes the nonsense that Raph is more important a player than Yamal.

Maybe in 2-3 years when he will hopefully find the net more often in big games. Until then, you can't go around Raphinha's output in big games. Simple as that.

Nope, not with us lacking a player who gets the job done. Maybe if we had Kane at 9 to score the goals, sure. Or an elite goalscoring winger on the left.
