Craziest stat I've seen is goals conceded with Raphinha 0.9 pg, without 1.8 pg. Which just show how dependent Flick's system is in big games on hard, relentless pressing upfront.
We concede twice as many goals than usual when Raphinha doesn't play.
Some more "fun" facts.
With Raphinha vs AM this season: goal difference 6 - 1.
Without Raphinha vs AM this season: goal difference 2 - 7.
This season...
If Rashford has more goals/assists in league and CL than Raph what would that mean?
Also adding assists for pens Raphina didnt even touch ball in is a bit much.
Even this season. 5 goal contributions in 2 CL knockout games. 2.5 G&A per game. Rashford has what? Some goals in groups on low pressure?
Again you are adding assists for pens he doesnt even get near the ball.. a bit much.
What does it mean if Rashford overall has more goals/assists in league and CL than Raphinha?
'Low pressure' but counting goals/assists v Newcastle when tie dead as opposed to scoring 2 away to Newcastle in group to help get in top places.
But lets count 'assists' for Raph when doesnt touch ball and gets taken down for pen.
In some aspects. In others, Raphinha clears him just as obviously. And the 18 yr old is by far the better player.

Did Yamal score any goal this season in a big game that was not a penalty? Don't think so.
Overall far superior player and more important.
It isnt close.
Maybe in 2-3 years when he will hopefully find the net more often in big games.
No now.
Far superior player and more important.
