Gordon, a good signing?

It is far more important for him to find a way to be clutch when we will have trouble and Raphinha and Yamal will have an off night with very tight marking.

Couldn't care less personally if he bags goals at 3-0 or 4-0. Makes no difference at all.

He's combining well with players and is very smart.

Was okay, just not super impactful in dead rubber minutes. Had good cross to Jesus, which was not converted and made some high IQ decisions as expected, like one, where he didn't give the obvious pass to Yamal on wing, but looked around and lazered it to Fermin in the center, who was brought down and then Yamal scored from that free kick. So still got impact. But let's make nonsense drama for love.

Yeah, but that's the only instance. He really wants that goal, but he obviously sucks at shooting. Should stop with the unrealistic shots and it will come naturally. Otherwise, he will always look a tryhard because that's what he is. Man, who tries hard. Very alien to nonchalant southernmost people, who want to make thing happen, while trying as least hard as possible (and maybe just stealing the thing, if can get away with it).
"La pausa" is basically having a mini siesta amidst ball game.

There has to come a point where all this running around, neat technique and assists against shitters is not enough and we need some GOALS from an 80m winger in Flick's Barca.

That's always been his Achilles heel after all, and why we worried about his signing.

Adeyimi's goal yesterday is why I prefer him over Gordon. We are a bit too reliant on Fermin and Lamine to carry the slack when the shot shy Scouser is in the team.

He does literally everything better than Adeyemi, aside from scoring in the first 5 games where the team scored 22 goals anyways. And it will come as well.
