People are too harsh on him, expect him to be some kind of Xavi and Iniesta morphed into one. He was fine. He's slow, and this limitation will always be in his game.
 
He was ok, not a great game, but similar to his Inter performances. That's his level, a step below the best creative midfielders in Europe due to his slowness.

He was shit.

Their attack for the red card came from one of his idiotic moves resulting in the lost ball. Absolutely terrible display.

What a huge, huge disappointment. Both legs. Nothing but utter dogshit. Those who say he was "ok" clearly didn't watch the game.

Maybe Jammy was right all along on who's our best mid.
 
Spent 80 minutes taking the tempo out of the game when what we needed was chaos. Then gave away the tie on a plate. Not his finest hour.
 
Suffered from raphinha and Frenckie absence. Asking him to handle the midfield alone is too much. His performance is on Flick
 
He was trying to do too much on his own.

Caught on ball far too much tonight and slow defensively.

Griezmann was best 'midfielder' on park in that area tonight.
 
Less spinning around oneself and more essential forward play. I don't know what he's afraid of. Maybe with a proper DM (dog like defending).
 
My favourite player by a mile at the club but he was extremely poor in both legs.

What bothers me are two habits he has:
- Moaning at the referee every 2 fucking seconds, especially when he's fairly dispossessed.
- Trying to do too many body feints in dangerous areas to get out of trouble. He got exposed badly tonight.

His physicality is a serious question mark without the ball.
 
Still can't understand why people react like crazy when I say vitinha is better than him. it's clear as day.
 
Wrong time for a bad form sadly. Frenkie was injured for too long, he's clearly overplayed right now.
