I’ve noticed even some Barca fans don’t want Lamine to win individual awards despite our attack being centered around him. They want him to always have something to prove and they believe denying him those awards benefits Barca. Very weird attitude that I could never imagine Real Madrid fans having. Maybe it’s another aspect of the cuckery that’s creeped into Barca dna

That standard needs to be applied to everyone though. There are massive holes in every candidates CV this season. You can pretty much rip apart anyone.

We shall see who gets it, but I will definitely get my pitchforks out.

So what's the difference maker then? Just the fact that you rate LL win higher than Bundesliga win?

Because Kane wipes the floor with him on stats and performances vs big teams this season. Kane scored vs PSG and Madrid in all games + Chelsea and his team got to the semis. Yamal was nowhere to be seen vs PSG or Chelsea in CL.

Won League + Cup, was European golden boot and second best goalscorer in CL + had a better WC.

That’s what I’m saying. There are no obvious picks. It’s just weird to see Barca fans not want our own player to win. Real Madrid boycotted the whole event when Rodri deservedly won over Vinicius. It’s the contrasting attitude from both fan bases that bothers me
 
Would rather give it to Kane than Mbappe, Dembele or Olise.

Not only for this season but i think his career deserve a ballon dor, he was 3x top scorer of PL while playing for Spurs, his ability to play through balls and long balls are better than from many midfield players + he is a super hardworking player

Kane went missing as usual in the later stages of the tournament and was outshone significantly by Bellingham. His season at Bayern was impressive but of those goals scored, weren't 19 of them penalties?

I think Yamal will win it, if he starts the season well, completing INT football at 19 + the PR behind him. Also, apparently the Finalissima might go ahead in November so another chance for him to shine.

he got a red card in the champions league knockout game and that ruined his pr a bit. This world cup showed he's a real world class cb but that card ended our cl run
 
I’d probably give it Yamal, One of the best club seasons and then won WC even though he was disappointing individually given expectations and Spain’s performance as a team.

If there isn’t a worthy winner this year though, they could always just give it to RL9 to make up for robbing him before.
