From only Lewandowski (probably) leaving we are now looking at probable major overhaul up-front.

Lewa confirmed gone.. Not exercising buy option for Rashford, Roony all but crossed over, Ferran on verge of leaving to QSG and Raphinha rumours not going away.

Lamine basically only one left from our forwards.

Gordon, Adeyemi look like system signings but nothing to get overly excited. Alvarez does not look worth it at all either.

At the same time, strengthening defense is overlooked. But hope I am wrong on that one.
 
Having the full squad available for the preseason training camp in England (starts 27.07.) would be really helpful... Training starts upcoming Monday, but ofc all the nationalteam players who have been active at the World Cup won't be available for another 2 weeks (at least I guess).

Edit: Since there appears to be a mandatory 21-day-break for players after the World Cup, Jules Kounde, Joan Garcia, Eric Garcia, Pau Cubarsi, Pedri, Gavi, Dani Olmo, Ferran Torres and Lamine Yamal will not be back in squad before 08./09.08. - Well, that's the downside of going deep in the tournament....

Raphinha leaving makes it a bad summer on paper. Gordon is a promise of maybe a Raphinha in the future, but he ain't as clutch as Raphinha in the big games.

If Raphinha leaves for 90-100m we need to go to the market and sign more.
 
Adeyemi might be a Ferran replacement rather than Raphinha. Still think Alvarez is coming.

Depth looks incredible in attack, question is though if it's good enough for the biggest of games.

Raphinha, Gordon, Adeyemi, Yamal, Alvarez are sufficient for LW, RW and CF. Some of them can play at AM too. Then there's also likes of Fermin, Olmo and Gavi who can cover at LW.
 
Decent window so far. Still, would like to see a defensive reinforcement or two, hopefully a CB, RB AND a proper 9.
 
The summer transfer window has been open for just 2 weeks (until September 1 - 7 more weeks)
