Yeah, to my surprise. I don’t think its a path the club should necessarily persue. Bringing players who has left the glory at their prime for money. Our scouts have to work like a top club and bring the players with WC potential that seems to have immense hunger to win and win.
 
Cuti Romero been linked to Barca. Nothing concrete, just that Spurs would like to sell to La Liga and that Atletico and Barca could be options. Think he'd be more suited to Atleti in terms of playing style.

There's no way Joe Felix should ever return.

I'd personally much rather a punt on Leao to take advantage of tired legs for the runners (though he is probably too good for that and should be a starter somewhere).

Rashy coming back wouldn't be the worst option either. Still would lack a striker mind.

Having seen a lot of games of Atleti last year, I honestly think Cuti would suit Barca a lot more. He would bring that aggressiveness and Knockout big game moments that are needed. That said, if we are banking on Cubarsi as our main defender, I prefer that he be the RCB and we find a LCB.

Speaking of Romero, wish he has chosen a better club than Spurs - feels like a waste of a transfer although he did win the Europa League and EL's Player of the Season.
 
Romero could be another Araujo with. reckless tackless and getting red card when we least need it.

What is problem even more he is not that fast player.

He'll probably go to Atleti but with Pubill establishing himself as a RCB they should probably look for a left-footed CB.

I love what Romero is doing for Argentina but he suits Atleti far more. We can’t compromise on the pace and athleticism of our CB pairing with Cubarsi anymore.
