Caso Negreira

Objectively speaking, the notion of Negreira (especially during the periods noted) is a priori BS. Anyone who watched the team and matches during this time would recognize the club has a strong case for the opposite, that they were victimized if not handicapped due to refereeing - consistently

But this is the world we live in, mafia led old guard manufacture narratives to retain power - it won't work here and I look forward to RM's implosion

Anybody really knows and understands the status of this on all the courts? Where is the case still trialed? Where it ended? When and where will be the last court to know if we are innocent or not?

They say there will be a final decision by the end of 2027.

The biggest win so far is that we were cleared of the charge of bribery.

In Spain, we will most likely be required to pay a fine.

The real issue is UEFA.

Ιf we are found guilty of anything within Spain we could be banned from cl for a year.
Perhaps if we appeal to CAS we might manage to avoid the ban and end up paying only a fine to UEFA as well.

Stripping titles, relegation, and similar measures are considered extremely unlikely as there is no evidence substantiating match fixing.
We are talking about a huge number of matches, over 700 in the league alone.
If there were proof it would be very easy to present video footage from 20, 30, 40 games demonstrating that we won those titles because the referees favored us.

Bahahaha. Except we had 1 stonewall pen on Messi not given on Camp Nou and a legit goal disallowed at 1-0 in England. Arsenal were lucky to be even in the tie until that controversial sending off.

There are lot of wrong ref decisions in many games but people won't show it.

No one remembers we were fucked in 2010 Inter game but everyone remembers the game against Chelsea.

Those were the rules back then - you don't attack and attempt at goal after the referee has blown the whistle. And if you can't hear the ref's whistle at Camp Nou, then something is definitely wrong with your hearing. Van Persie was full of BS on that.

He heard it. That's why he finished like Ferran Torres, slamming it hard and wide to make Valdes chase the ball. The ref could have let it slide, just like he could have let the 2nd yellow for Camavinga slide vs Bayern. Those refs chose to be strict, and by the book.

This is so stupid anyways. How is it Uefa's case in the first place? This is a purely spanish LL case, pending since 3 years because it doesn't have any evidence to even go to trial, let alone conviction.

Uefa looking at this and probably asking what should we do with this shit. Madrid is getting humiliated on the pitch since Hansi took over and Perez grasps every straw he can find to create noise and distract from the fact, that they wanted to dominate with Mbappe, but getting pounded by Hansi ball.

What's next when Uefa doesn't react. He'll send it to CAS, Trump, Piers Morgan?

The investigation phase concludes in November with Gerard Lopez's testimony, and the judge will decide whether there is sufficient evidence or grounds to proceed to a trial for sports corruption and/or disloyal administration. If its only the last we good in Spain for national competitions/titles if the judge includes sports corruption its going to get very ugly.
Almost all media outlets and experta in Spain take it for granted that a trial will take place, and at that point, anything could happen and its going to be fast, before the season ends we will have the first sentence.

Now that there is a ruling, UEFA can step in and either respect the decision or take further action. The fact that they released the Madrid files yesterday was a gesture towards Florentino. In Spain, the word is that Madrid is negotiating with UEFA and will return as a member of the EFC this year. Do you see where I’m going with this? All the key players are making moves and exerting pressure.

In the end I think we are going to get fucked somehow and we all are in denial like City fans were for years. I hope its just one or two years without Champions League and nothing more serious.

No doubt Perez will try and push them to open a trial with his connections. But if they open one without any hard-evidence, they'll get a fast fuck-you from Laporta and a countersuit in return for reputational damage. Most charges are already time-barred. Only the most serious offenses are still available to press chages. Problem is, for them they also need serious evidence.

Do you really think the spanish press wouldn't report it, if they actually found new evidence, to shit on Barca? The reason they're dragging this shit for 3 years is, because they can't find anything. There isn't a single person in all this time, be it ref or in some other official capacity, who came forward and indicated Barca paid them to gain advantage.
