Piers losing his shit on Twitter over the ref was worth it alone. Then you have the Mbappe banter, RM no longer being the only club to defend the CL, Arsenal not being rewarded for their anti-football(PL title aside) and Lucho being happy. PSG was the better option here.
 
Barcelona (and Bayern) must be looking at that final and licking their lips that a few signings and they should be well in the mix to win this next year.

But this Arsenal is really uncomfortable to play against. They shut PSG down. They probably could do it to us or to Bayern. And they probably could score more than 1 against us too

They're already in the mix. It's all about luck and mentality at the right time. No signings will guarantee that.

The biggest signing is the manager.

Absolute bullshit lol Vitinha did nothing. And if anyone from that PSG midfield deserved it it's Neves. Played 120 minutes and fought like a warrior. They just had to give it to someone. No standout players in this final really

Olise had a better season than Yamal and Dembele literally rested for half of his league campaign. Last season Raphinha was Barca's best player.

The fact that you didn't even mention Harry Kane tells me that you're basing this on best PR instead of best individual.

Mbappe is still an amazing individual in this dysfunctional Madrid team.

I agree, he is best in the world.

Pedri was horrible vs Atleti in CL and had injuries this season.

Overall as a midfielder Pedri is better, and will likely show it soon. But Vitinha won back to back CL titles and a trophy with Portugal.

Vitinha also has it easier with more defensive protection and more rest, and probably better setup. But it doesn't negate his performances.

All of the players you mentioned are currently better than Mbappe. Deal with it.

I said 3-4 and I thought of Kane and Olise. I said Yamal and Dembele because they're the non-negotiable ones. There is nothing Mbappe has on them. You can at least say he has more natural ability than Kane or Olise

He scores way more than them and has more solo goals too. He also has better physical tools and injury record.

Mbappe scores a shitload of solo goals for a player with no "natural ability". Has done that since his Monaco days. You conveniently ignore them to set this narrative.

Last season, most Barca fans thought Raphinha was the best player. 1 game against Inter changed the narrative (which you lost anyway).
