Do you think it's a good season?

Now that season for all intents and purposes is over..

La Liga + Supercup

Quarter final exit in CL and semi final exit in Copa to an inferior side

Rate season from 1-10.

For me, probably a 6. Yeah it's true we didn't reinforce many of the key positions this summer but we still could have done much better

The league peformances have been absolutely impressive though, it was a truly dominant campaign. Still perfect record at home in La Liga, hope we can keep it until the end

only year ago people were making fun of frenkie for having only won one la liga in 5 years. It will now be 3 in 7. Things have changed quickly.

Poor squad utilization
Poor defensive setup in key knockout games.
Players making stupid decisions on & off the pitch.

Won the league.

7/10

Good season given the circumstances.

Madrid winning the second "Real Madrid treble" ( 0-0-0 trophies ) in a row just makes Barca's season a bit better.

6.5
Thin squad at the back, with very very poor defenders. Flick's squad management was poor, especially Yamal's & Roony's time played.

QF exit in UCL was not great. Same with the Copa exit. Especially against an Atletico side which we should have beaten, if not shooting ourselfs on foot. With the conditions we had, we should have played the Semi's atleast. Thats a failure for me.

LaLiga was a success. Even more so, looking at RM squad and Atletico's spending spree.
Though I have been disillusioned with LaLiga these days. Having won 13 in the last 2 decades, 2005-2026. We are also only 7 behind RM total LaLiga trophies.

I believe, its time for us to shift our priorities a little and focus on UCL. Rest key players during the weekend LaLiga fixtures so that they can focus more in the midweek UCL matches. Taking it easy against the weaker LaLiga side.
Heck, we should absolutely forget about Copa.We have won enough to satisfy us for the next 5 years. Dont do what we did against Atleti at our home game, that was unnecessary, and it tired out the squad quite a bit.
Spend heavily on backups so that our level doesnt drop a lot in key positions.

7.

Despite the fact the board relatively didn't reinforce the squad after a LaLiga winning season for the 2nd time running after 2023. We managed to keep our overall level to a decent degree although we are less dynamic and fluid as last season, even with the decline of our attack we managed to become more efficient in the league this season and that's something good to see. Although, our constant sabotage denied us from making the UCL semi finals for the 2nd year running and the good thing is even with 2 red cards in the tie, we managed to keep it vert close and sometimes in life it just wasn't meant to be. Hopefully now, the board doesn't go 3 for 3 in not investing big to improve this squad so it can be able to bring the European Cup home.

The league is the most honest and important title you can win. The only title you can actually plan. Winning it means automatically it's a very good season.
It’s the main goal every season and the Champions League is just the extra.

League title all but wrapped up with virtually no reinforcements.
Solid 8/10
Maybe could have been better in the CL, but the red cards and multiple calls against didn't really help. The only way we win CL is apparently when we're smoking everyone 10/10. We can't shithouse a CL like the white scumbags

More no they yes. We will most likely win La Liga and that is great but i don't see a chance we will win CL ever with this style and that is / will become a problem as we are to big of a club to not win CL for many years. I really like Flick as he did one thing great: moved away from slow static football where all our players looked bad. He also looks like a winner to me, not complaining much. We had prime Pep years and then MSN trio where we played great but then regressed to slow football without any movement. He changed that and now we look like we can score 4 or more any day. But this stubbornness with defensive setup is mind boggling to me, I just don't see any benefit of that? We are basically reducing our chances of counters (and I think Yamal, Raph, Fermin can be dangerous on counter) as we close the opposition in their half and they play NFL actions against us: one player (like QB) just has to throw the ball in direction and 4 or more players are running at our high line that is almost on half line. Impossible to defend if not all pressing on all position is PERFECT and that will never happen. Having said that:
2. We really need better defenders as we have a great collection of error prone players. We also need better attacker as Shark is subpar and Lewa is truly getting old and slow in reaction.
3. I think we need some muscles. We all se photoshopped pictures of Pedris muscles when he is injured or something, but in reality they are all weak. We don't need Adama type of bodybuilders but for god sake some muscles, maybe some gym time would even prevent injuries.

At the end this will become a problem as we will want to win CL and I don't see it in our future, we will always stumble either on some dynamic team, fast in attack like PSG, combo like Bayern and so on...and we all know we will always play the same. We will probably be successful in La Liga because, lets be honest, we play against 36 weaker teams and our style will break most of them eventually, with a few stumbles, but at the end of the day we will want CL.

Of course it is a good season.

They have played in three home stadiums and had an election to deal with, barely spent anything and won the league.

Saying it's a 6 or 6.5 is smoking crack.

Never take winning LL for granted ffs. Especially considering Flick's dominant and high-volume goalscoring fashion and lack of mobility on the transfer market. It's a 7/10 or 7.5/10 season that can be elevated to an 8/10 if we embarass Madrid one last time and get crowned champions after that game.

On course for a 100 point season in the after Messi era and on a budget.

Went out of the CL outplaying the opponent and a lot of bad luck.

Lifted a Cup final trophy infront of RM.

Very easy 8.5/10 season.

Not even mad about the CL anymore. If we were to play Arsenal then possibly Bayern/PSG without Yamal and possibly rusty Raphinha, chances were slim to lift that trophy anyway.
