Position - Leftback (LB)
In my opinion, the greatest left back the club has ever seen. He was an integral part of the Guardiola team, he contributed massively in the defensive aspect of this legendary team and he always played his best for the club when it mattered most. Unfortunately, he suffered a lot with liver cancer in 2011 and he managed to make in time to captain Barcelona to winning their 4th European Cup in that iconic final against United in Wembley. He had a transplant and finally returned to regular fitness in 2012-13 after fixing complications with said transplant in mid 2012. He left the club in 2013 as a legend and came back to the club as sporting director in 2018 and got sacked after 8-2. Nowadays, he is spending time with his family and friends outside the public light.
