He's supposedly the candidate Čeferin will endorse if Infantino leaves. This was probably the long con by Čeferin and Nasser to control both FIFA and UEFA when Čeferin made Nasser the head of ECA and gaining more influence in football. The idiot Infantino selfdestructed and now they see a chance.
 
As much as I dislike Infantino, he was probably pressured into this by Trump & Co, even if he knew deep down it would be a mistake. He has shown how spineless he is during long time now and especially with everything that has to do with Trump.

So there's literally no proffesional requirements to become president of FIFA? Why they just don't make Trump the president of FIFA instead?
 
Argentina and Mexico announced they are supporting him. It seems CAF and CONMEBOL will be voting for him along good chunk of Asian countries, Nasser already distancing himself.

It seems Europe will gets it's way in preventing him from selling the World Cup, while Infantino will keep his seat.
 
Never forget this whoreson had the audacity to say he felt like a migrant worker. For this statement alone he should have been tarred and feathered.
