Hansi Flick

I always look forward to pre-season in particular, more so this season since Flick who will have more time & say on the squad witth so many new players to watch & see who the next breakout players will be

If Jose clicks he has to guard what seems like our annual November to December slump.

Because if we get 6+ points behind them at that point, odds are we aren't getting it back.

Jose will shit on a stick is way to wins, that Carlo and Alonso couldn't

It's not annual. It happened in his first season only

Assuming you are talking about league only. We did have bad performances in the CL in November but November-December we won every game in league

I think if we can repeat last league season we will win the league. Would be nice if we win the October clasico

The Inter defeat was really so unnecessary, missed a big opportunity to play final but seeing how PSG was on fire we would have lost anyway.

Eveb more hurts the game vs PSG under Xavi, without stupid Araujo we fly to final and vs Real it would have been 50/50 😥

Everything that happens is necessary. Of course it would be ideal to win CL every year but things don't work like that.

A lot of things need to happen so a team can build some character and collective power. I like how it is going so far with our team. Both our exits in CL have been huge misfortune, the boys just won a World Cup and Euros. With time they will become the best

Going into the 3rd season of his tenure, I genuinely believe this is the season where we will take that decisive step and win that European Cup. I don’t believe Flick will make it past a 4th season, it will all peak in 2026-27. I believe it.

Dont ask for me guys, will take a little break from the forum until the season starts.

So now we just lyin' on a daily basis

A Barca tailor made for flick.

Flick ball max loading next season. Especially if we sign Alvarez

I have a feeling that this is Flick's last season.
His system needs a superior striker which Lewandowski wasn't here last season, but had been in Bayern and in that framework he operated. So far, there's no proper replacement in sight.

I have a hunch, Pep Guardiola is grand back-coming next summer for another tenure...the right man to ride the right horse.

Flick hasn't been a bad manager...but he was still a part of the transitional period. So...for long term, someone like Pep is naturally a better fit.

In a way....Pep in Bayern was just as much a misfit there as Flick is here.
They both had results and impressive league runs but at the end, there was a feeling of something being amiss...incompatible blood type or something to that effect.

Just play Raphinha in the middle closer to Yamal if it comes to that. He has some qualities for a decent striker.

I don't see it. Pep has turned into a greedy kunt. We can't afford him and he won't accept our limited finances for signings.

Lets be honest Real's squad is absolutely terrific.

If Hansi wins league title vs them next season it will have the same value as a CL/WC title.

Madrid squad is shaping up nicely, and plugging many leaks this summer. But considering how badly they got dominated in the last 2 seasons, they have some catching up to do.

Barca is Barca. Incredibly difficult team to beat in a league format. There's a reason almost all top teams have some connection with Barca in the form of having managers that are former Barca legends or have been working as assistant managers to those.

No it will not.

They have signed some nice players but easy with the hype.

This reminds me a lot of France hype in this WC until they met Spain. Rodri deal is not done yet, and even then he will likely be their only good midfielder.

And we know club and international football are very very different. City is letting him leave for a reason, he has his weaknesses.

I am not too impressed with their defense either. Of the Konate, Dumfries and Cucurella I'd say only Cucu is a guaranteed hit.
