Go all out for Kane. I think he's the only genuine number 9 who would click at Barca. Guys like Pedro are Ferran level. We better not fuck up this transfer and than blame Flicks tactics. We had plenty of chances against AM. We bury those and we have a chance against Arsenal. This signing will be absolutely crucial for our CL chances and future silverware. Joao Pedro is NOT the answer and neither is Alvarez. Both are comically overrated.
 
Kane fee would be huge and if he was open to move would be free in a year.

If sign likes of Alvarez. Kane can still move in a year.

Cant see Kane happening as Bayern would want a lot more than got for Lewa if open to it in anyway.
 
Apparently he has an impressive goal scoring record this season because he's scored 15 goals for a dysfunctional side.

Well I call your João Pedro and raise you RICHARLISON, who has the same goals per minute as João in a far worse side.

If Barca are set to spend big (90-100m) this summer then it has to be someone who's clearly on the rise and most certainly not from the top or rich clubs.

I always say that when you have a well functioning system go for the hardest workers, fittest, most intense players. Julian, Gordon, more names like these please. We need level headed players of great age who will be 100% on board and willing to work hard for their chance from day one.

We have plenty of talents, technical players. What we don't have is top tier athletes who are willing to put in the required work.

With players like Julian, Gordon, them not giving 100% is a non issue, you will know at all times this will not occur.

You do not pay 85m for players whose predominant skill set are them being top tier athletes who give 100 percent. You normally pay 20m for such types of attackers.

That is the bare minimum you would expect from a professional footballer. When the thing most people who are happy with the signing are pointing out is his 'defensive stats' you are in big big trouble.

Reminds me of when Emile Heskey used to miss sitters every week and Liverpool fans desperately hung on to the fact he used to track back a lot.

Anthony Gordon is a poor poor signing at around double the price of what he is actually worth.

Brother you are underestimating Gordon, and you will see that for yourself

His defensive contribution is one of his qualities. And it's a HUGE bonus in modern football

But he is also not a bad dribbler at all. His finishing is excellent, he makes good use of space and has decent enough ball control to make use of those Yamal and Pedri balls.

He is better than Rashford on the ball. And look at what Rashford was doing. Been one of our key players this season. Now imagine he had incredible pressing intensity on top of it. We would sign Rashford without any doubts

Unlikely he does and will probably renew but as stands has a year left.

Maybe after a fairly barren career trophies wise winning leagues and titles in two different top leagues appeals.

I would bet my bottom dollar Barca will try and get in his ear.

That's pretty much what Bayern usually does. They have their core of skillmonkeys and then they surround them with bunch of muscle gorillas ala Goretzka etc. to be dominant physically on every patch of the pitch. Flick, being from that same school of thought, wants the same.
