Granted, I haven't seen much of Sporting aside from the odd ChL game here and there, but he's been severely underwhelming whenever he's played for our national team. Not exactly a potential signing I fear, to say the least.

He's been brilliant in the league and CL. I don't watch NT games so idk.
 
The before & after under Mou for Nico Paz, who was poised for a breakout on world stage, guaranteed to be yet another in a long line of talent development failures
 
La Liga will be entertaining for sure. Mourinho thrives with bastard mentality players, in that sense Real Madrid is perfect fit currently with all the comedy in the dressing room.
 
What was Mou's most recent big/notable success? PL was won in 2015 afaik.
You mean to tell me his last big success was Europa League in 2017 which in itself is fairly moderate compared to the stature of RM? Anything else?

He did great for Roma. Anthony Taylor robbed him of consecutive European final wins for Roma.

Roma fans still adore him.

No one can deny that he has had a decline but he has also been very unlucky.

He has been nowhere near the first half of his managerial career. Still an all time great.

I actually think he has the most impressive CV of all time.

I like his CV more than Guardiola honestly. I genuinely believe this and I'm ready to debate this.

For me the 2 greatest managers of all time. The red-nosed Scottish cunt is overrated.

No chance. He can't do it in different countries, leagues and cultures like Jose and Pep.

Can he go and motivate a Spanish or Italian dressing room? Not in a million years!

Also, he was very very basic tactically. More of a man manager. Tactically, he has no influence in modern football.

I know your thoughts on him, Im not blind. Who cares, all 3 are legitimate answers. Its not like anyone will change thought process.

A journalist tried to call his 3 seasons at the Bernabeu a 'failure'.
