Getafe will struggle without him, he's been working miracles for basically his entire time there, the first period and the second.
Wouldn't be surprised if he is leaving because he is finally fed up at having to sell his best players every season and receiving mediocre replacements.
They loaned Uche and won't even receive money for him as the clause wasn't triggered and Palace are unlikely to decide to buy him.
Getafe's president complains a lot about FFP rules, but I doubt its as simple as he is presenting, they have made some shit decisions as well and it is a miracle that they are in 6th this season.
