Still not sure what to think about him as a coach. Did a good job at JuvA last season and this season BA has just been hit hard with injuries (some of them might be down to his trainings too but obviously can't talk about that as an outsider) and players getting called up to the first team to cover for injuries there (though Flick rarely used them).
He still needs to improve tactically imo but he's a solid developing coach and though obviously not the youngest (will turn 50 this year) anymore should still make it to a top level. And by that I don't mean coaching our first team or other elite clubs (could be wrong but I don't think he'll ever go as far) but rather getting a chance at smaller clubs in La Liga or other top 5 leagues in future. Hopefully he's happy to stay at BA for another year or two though as with all of the expected players turnover at this level it would be nice to at least have some consistency on the bench.
