Also, staying calm doesn't mean you don't have the fire within you.

You can cherrypick such poor big games for any legend ever. Even the ones who are the angriest and most aggressive/intense.

Got nothing to do with actual performances. Different people get going using different methods. Every player is different psychologically.
 
The yanks will love him. He's the perfect anti brand in an oversaturated football market.

He's the French Dest. You all just didn't know what's cool when he showed up at Messi's farewell in the Basketball attire. Olise would have probably arrived late, in his pyjamas.

The best leaders are in balance of those 2. But a leader can't be nonchalant. Leadership consists of all the little things, interactions, conversations and advices to the younger players. Being fully present in the moment and being honest with everyone for better of the team. Nonchalant people, by definition, do not do this. So Olise will almost certainly never be a leader of his team off the pitch.

Ok, that is the case for now. And maybe it will be always.

But maybe there will be a moment when Olise will have to lead a team through a full season or some tournament. Which can happen under many different circumstances. And in my opinion in this situation he won't do very well

For now it is great. But for every top player it's good when you have leadership qualities

Depends on Olise a little bit - if he pushes a move + his contact situation. Say he has 1 years left and only wants Barca. Than he might be affordable for us... But something tells me IF he moves it will be Real :(

South Americans don't play, but he was okay. That pass to Doue was class, and he was able to hold his own to a good extent, but these Paraguay guys just try to hack you down and don't allow you to settle and play. The game was horrible; however, to Paraguay's credit, their approach to the game made it very difficult for France to do anything. I know people would say Paraguay didn't really come to play, and it almost paid off as France could only score 1 and didn't create much.
