NBA

I still think San Antonio Spurs are not there. In a few years hopefully. The coach, Mitch Johnson, is also still green and the team has yet to adjust to Wemby's absence, because as we see he can be neutralized by dirty plays or assume unintentional fouls that lead to him falling on his face and get knocked out.

I expect Timberwolves to eliminate Spurs (if they get through) and then challenge hard Thunder. Wolves have the experience.

I agree and looks like he will at least have a chance to try with the great result the rest of the Lakers got against Houston. The biggest problem is that he probably won't be 100% and he would need to be for them to have a chance against OKC.

I think Boston could give OKC a good fight in the finals.

Well this year i dont think Lakers have any chance.
I mean teams gotta be built around him, and he can beat this OKC.

I give Antman 0 chance, hes gotta leave that team to make the finals.
Its Luka, shai and Wemby going forward from the west imo

Wolves or Denver should beat Spurs due to experience, which is really important in the playoffs.

East is more wide open, Knicks knows how to beat Celtics but Brown is mediocre coach and they might fail to beat the Hawks. Cavs are also solid but didn't prove themselves that much in playoffs either.

I agree that Boston could be the most difficult team for OKC

OKC will probably re-peat. East is the worst its been in a long time (maybe ever?). Celtics are a gimmick team. I wouldnt even mind OKC winning if they hadnt lucked out last year. Nuggets really blew games 4 and 5 while leading the series. And I think Pacers would have won if Hali would not have gone down in game 7.
Shame is that SGA is so unlikeable, given his entire game is built around whistle-baiting.

Lakers with Luka back are a great team, but OKC is their worst match-up, they really needed Denver or San Antonio to do the business for them.

Logically Spurs would be a year or 2 away from winning, but Wemby is such a generational outlier that he might erase that fact.

I think they will too. On the East I could only see Celtics to have some chances against them but even they look bad and could go out in the first round.

In the West only Luka could knock them out like he did 2 years ago but it doesn't look he'll return soon and he has a much worse team than he did back then with Kyrie, PJ, Gafford etc.

Spurs could give them a battle but I think it's too soon for them so unfortunately OKC repeats IMO.

You guys saw the NBA Europe rumors? I think it happening since the new Euroleague president is one of NBA Europe's main guys, it looks like Euroleague decided to work together with NBA. I'm afraid it's gonna be too American and they'll ignore the historic top teams from Serbia, Greece, Žalgiris etc. because they want clubs in London, Paris and other rich markets.

A healthy Wolves would gave been the team with the strongest chance to challenge them. Unfortunately, they are destroyed with injuries

Everybody is, almost all teams have injuries to important players. It's crazy they still play 82 games in regular season with all the injureis, load management and mostly because games in regular season don't matter because it's too much of them.

You are right about Wolves but injuries, that's why I didn't mention them. I don't think they can go through Spurs if Ant doesn't get healthy.

They dont, just cause they match up well vs Nuggets dont mean they are anything special.

Jokic overrated anyway. Its a new era.

They achived a lot more then Spurs in recent years and are a very serious playoff team, Spurs (for now) didn't show anything on that level but it could change soon. If healthy I would bet on them beating Spurs 100%.

Jokić is the best player itw for the last 5 years but since the injury he isn't himself and was bad this playoff. They also had other injuries as most of the teams do.

How is it I started watching this game at 7:30, it's now 9:30 and it's only just entering the 4th quarter?.

They gotta fix this

Longer games = more ads for the most part. They love this.

A lot of times I just download game and avoid knowing the score until I watch. You realise then how much time they waste from us with all those interruptions.

Games in live time are unwatchable, it's just commercials and retarded Americans dancing on the stands 70%. I watch replays without that shit, NBA League Pass has congested games with only playtime.

Anyway, Sixers surprised Boston. Hope they go far, always had a soft spot because of AI.
