Those Netherlands front players is horrendous overall.
The best player is Gakpo who would struggle to get in most other top squads.
It being 2026 and Depay/Weghorst still there is shambolic.
Their best CF is a player punted by Aston Villa.. but even then probably play Depay.

Flemming could have gone ahead of Depay even, Depay is not even fully fit.
Let alone Weghorst. But I feel like he should have been included.
He explained that he took Weghorst because he offers different characteristics and Flemming doesn't add anything compared to the strikers that are already there.

Malen is in good form in Italy at CF.. as much as that is worth.
Koeman plays him RW though and is very stubborn to put him at CF as dont have a RW.

They haven't lost a WC game since 2010 final. Longest unbeaten streak ever. 14 games. Some record
I like their team this year. Likeable and quality footballers. Great backline, great midfielders and Gakpo who is excellent in international football
If you look at the bracket, I think their way to QF is very achievable but in QF it gets a little nasty. But that's how it is every tournament. They also need some luck, they were closest to knocking Argentina out in last WC
Mostly for Koeman and Frenkie I hope they can achieve something this time. And they have started well. Game vs Japan they weren't bad and Japan is a top side, just crazy that they conceded from a corner vs those twinks, shouldn't let that happen again vs any team.
