I know he has toyed with NT aspirations but he also has talked about youth development which would make him a great candidate as Technical Director of Barça's youth football or Head of Methodology & Coach Development. I think Sporting Director is probably too executive for a technical guy like Pep
 
He should first take a break from football, then we will see.

Losing 3-0 to Madrid and losing the title to Arsenal means he needs a functional reset.
 
Pep to go full circle and pay it back to Cruyff by taking Dutch job would be a great ending.

Probably look at the squad and those forward options and run a mile though.
 
Pep is paying his dues by participating in Cruyff's foundation.

This was Guardiola's final job as manager. Basically what Klopp did by taking a bigger role of running a whole football program, something you do playing Football Manager.
 
He has sadly absolutely no decency left and takes over as head of this abomination of a group.
 
I’d be shocked if Pep didn’t coach again. He’ll take a break and be back in a year or two.

It’s not a too serious job anyway. More of an affiliation plus some advising.

Wouldn't actually surprise me, if this "job" was guaranteed to him after his coaching career, to continue earn millions without really doing anything, as a motivation to extend with City all these years.
 
He is off to try and win his wife back.

This job will be not much more than an honorary title with some advice given. Not some every day role.
