Dont do the crime if you cant do the time an' all that.
For example, Croatia has very weak sentencing. No death penalty or life without parole, max is 40 years.
Where ever I go those rare times I leave the house (like today) it seems like everyone is threatening someone though.

Average middle/working class white people still have them just fine. Enough to look at statistics and crime rates per demographics. Same goes in Europe. Mostly white regions are literally safest places on earth.
