Just say your boss you have a huge hangover and can't go. Do you get fired immediately for that in Weimar Republic 2.0?
Ok.i think we misunderstood us, i didnt mean you have to go to the doctor when you are ill lol but normally its enough when you say to your boss at work that you are ill and cant come to work if you are not longer out than 3 days but with this rule even if you cant go there for 1 day you have to go to a doctor who gives you medicial certificate which is like a 'prove' that you are really ill and not simulating it
Holy shit...!!!
Mothers wanting to create the women they were not able to be, the fathers spoiling them and animal instincts. You want your children to be the rapist not the rape victim. Humans are not moral and women follow their instincts to a certain point. The education for women is mostly about how to be a successful XIX century woman and how you should get the alpha male to survive. And the Alpha males are the Africans or Muslims while white boys are teached how to become modern women that tolerate their tribe getting Yamnayad and all the rights of women without women behaving like people who have those rights. Sure there are exceptions but this is the mob consumerist culture in Western Europe. Then you have incels that want to turn back the clock or rabbid femminists that cry about women not making it up as the top dogs despite having no mentality to do it or the means. It's a big mess because of the poor adaptation to a modern society by both groups and constant imperial brainwashing to accept the diverse imperial society that brings in people with ingrained Darwinistic moral systems and upbringing, raised to exploit women, weak men.Case number 4,872,348 of men defending women against sexual aggression and women coming in to attack them for it and defend the sexual aggressor.
A very long conversation needs to be had as to why women are ATTRACTED TO EVIL. Dressed up as ' I like bad boys ' doesn't quite cut it when you find out that Ted Bundy got 200 marriage proposals per day.
They were giving the pervert a good spontaneous beating and probably someone would have said enough at some point because if he is dead, that's a murder case and jail. Certainly, in Italy is.But in that case stopping the lynching was natural for many reasons. She thought they would kill him and that might be:
1. overwhelming for a woman
2. unjust as in a response too powerful for the crime
3. racist (they are brainwashed the most since they are very active in society as youngs unlike boys who tend to give a fuck about volunteering in NGO if not faggots or raised by modern politician parents, women tend to follow their education and be rational in the day to day tasks unlike men who are less stable)
4. bad for the tribe (aka they will go to jail)
5. Not legal, some people know laws and you don't serve justice outside the justice system.
Hardly a situation where a woman defends the bad guy because she likes bad guys, though most of them like bad guys (but it can mean different things from silly things to truly evil.) But that is the case for most of the men too. Being weak good and naive good or dumb like a robot is not what a bunch of killing apes seek in their partners.
That's more reasonable, when chairs and head kicks are around death is a thing to consider. Yes, in Europe you get in jail for that, even not killing him gets you in jail for attempting to kill him with a chair. They were giving the pervert a good spontaneous beating and probably someone would have said enough at some point because if he is dead, that's a murder case and jail. Maybe the women was a wife of one of the angry men and that's all there was to it.
It was a good citizen child protecting reaction and the pedophile was a resilient beast who was difficult to subdue. So, roughing him up and then calling cops should be ok per law book but here in US and, I guess, even more in Europe, the courts are too liberal and I wouldn't be suprised, if the perpetrator walks without serving time at all. That's more reasonable, when chairs and head kicks are around death is a thing to consider. 1. In Europe, at least the Roman law in the French custom that applies to Italy, it's all about necessity and subjective intent. It was a good citizen child protecting reaction and the pedophile was a resilient beast who was difficult to subdue. Perhaps, in places like Texas, shooting him would have not been prosecuted but for most places, would.

In the Roman law physical harm is always the main harm you can produce, that's why you will never see cops shooting. Targeting children for that is a sexual offense due to what you say.Him masturbating in public is incredibly dangerous psychologically to any child that had the misfortune to witness it. Far more dangerous, you could argue, than any physical harm that could be inflicted as bruises, at least, take far less time to heal.
It's unfortunate that they didn't have VAR there to check if him masturbating was ' clear and obvious ', but if it was, I'm in favour of whatever level of lashing that were dished out to him.
This was not a yellow, or even an ' orange ' card offense. It was a 100 percent red as there is simply no excuse for such behaviour.![]()
Well, I guess ancient Romans couldn't forsee a legal case for a child predator masturbating in vew of the minors. But you know what, they did not have to, even though, I am sure such perversions existed back then too...they would have chopped the pervert's head and nobody would have said a thing. And such was the method by which people defended themselves up until the current epoch where such perversions became scientifically rationalized. Such things, by large, were not prosecuted in Italy in times of Mussolini...1. Using force against someone is ok only if that someone is using force to do something that can create a bigger tragedy or at least the same. Him masturbating is maybe imoral but not dangerous to grant you the right to defend or restrain him. So you have no right to restrain him let alone beat him.
2. Masturbating in public is not a criminal offence but an administrative one heavily fined in Europe but that's all.
3. Using anything blunt, sharp for hitting a vital area (head) means you are intending to kill someone, directly or indirectly in the French custom. So not giving a shit while not having intention to kill is perceived as a lesser form of intention.
4. The penal system is hardly liberal in Europe, but a product of French, Italian, Austrian and Russian enlightenment. The liberal part is not considering masturbation a crime and is quite late.
5. So indeed he walks away but with a heavy fine for masturbating in public.
6. The guy with the wooden chair is a bit fucked, can be charged for attempting murder and mauling because he hits the women too
7. The rest can walk away with a smal penal fine or under probation for altercation under emotional provocation.
8. He only faces jail, up to 5 years, for corruption of minors if he targeted children for his act specifically. Then also those who punched him get away because it would be considered not worthy of a trial to pursue some guys who punched a guy under those emotional circumstances. But the one with the chair not because a chair to the head is another level.
When I say Roman law I mean the whole philosophy, procedure etc not the law itself. There is the custom roman law of Southern France and the custom Germanic law that aplies the Roman law to the letter in Frankia that gave the German law and the English law. Most of Europe applied the French and Byzantine interpretation of the Roman philosophy on law, then after Napoleon all but Austria, Germany went full French.Well, I guess ancient Romans couldn't forsee a legal case for a child predator masturbating in vew of the minors. Once you reach a consensus that homosexuality or transvestism, in themselves criminally harmless, are socially proper behaviors, that's a slippery slope to where pedophilia cases like this one, will be rationalized too.
In the Roman law you can never reach pedophilia is ok based on homosexuality is ok. The system is based on principles, at best you can redefine pedophilia lowering the age, but from my readings the left in Europe pushed for higher ages to get their independent women party, lowering marriages among young girls. From my reading anything under 18 is pedophilia in their party if the guy is over 18. So is the reverse. The only gap is homosexual adoptions that can hide predators, but that is highly contested in Eastern Europe while the West goes for a more a presumption of innocence since they already consider homosexual couples as normal.Well, I guess ancient Romans couldn't forsee a legal case for a child predator masturbating in vew of the minors.
