Premier League 25/26

Clear match fixing lol

Everton not even trying. Not that they have a motive but you would expect at least some action with the whole world watching

Can't blame Spurs though. In this case match fixing is safer and better for club dignity even if found out than getting relegated
Just a matter of lucky scheduling, Tottenham landed a few opponents who were either rotating or had nothing to play for.

Relegation battles are often decided by that, at what specific point your opponents are in the season, it is an unfortunate reality of it.

True but something about the body language of these Everton players just tells me they were not interesed at all

Which is normal since they have no motive, but you would expect from such a club to at least come with some more passion

Like I said for me it's completely possible that they made some agreement with Everton here. Think it is the most logical thing to do if you're at the top in Spurs right now. The risk of being found out is much less than getting relegated. I doubt they really choose to rely on this team which won 2 games at home in whole season

Good for Chelsea that they didn't get Europe.

Would much rather have an easier schedule than waste time for conference league. Even if you win it nobody cares.

Xabi next season with Palmer, Estevao, Enzo, Cucu, Caicedo, James etc. Apparently they signed Barco as well, some top talents in the defense. Will sign more players in the summer.

Think they will be fighting for the title finally.

Chelsea will surely have some FFP issues?

I mean, they are a big commercial entity, but being out of Europe completely is surely going to be difficult given their wage bill.

Palmer to United is a big rumour. That would be £100m+ even after a poor season.

Hope there is some loyalty within Palmer. He joined City when he was 8, surely won't want to join United.

Would be idiotic of him to think like that if believes best move for his career.

He isnt some City legend either.

Plenty of player have played for both. Its not that big a deal.
Agree that it wouldn't be that big of a deal. And not many would care if he did join them.
However imo it would be nice to see that sort of loyalty that he rejects them.
