Watching Rodri win the Balon and get this much praise one but wonders...

Busquets was the original prototype.
 
Busi never had a chance for BDO playing in the same team as Messi, Xavi and Iniesta. He was underrated by many people but wasn't even the best player in his own team.

His low profile didn't help him either getting even more deserved recognition. But true fans, team mates and coaches knew his quality and value.
 
Rodri and Busquets are very different players in the same position but this isn't the right place to talk about this.........

They’re about equal prime to prime. Personally would have Rodri rather than Busquets for the NT setup.

If your other two are Xaviesta…Busquets syncs far more.
 
Rodri a lot more well rounded but the stuff Busi does best, he does it astronomically better than the rest.
 
Interesting to see how he does as a manager.

Amazing football brain but doesn't really have Pep's charisma/leadership.

He will be on the sidelines taking Crouching Valverde to the next level, managing games lying down. Seeing things on the pitch us mere mortals could only wish to.
 
Love to see it. La Masia is great not only because of the structure but the coaches and I think most would predict Busi has a profile you could envision as a 1st team coach. So if the kids can benefit in that development like Pep and Lucho before him, all the better for everyone - especially the club & cules
 
Can we sack Bumsi already and return to the usual Catalan/Spanish/Dutch coaches? Cesc is waiting, Busi in the making.

Cant handle was wrong on Flick and players... trying to get round that by now jumping onboard when Barca geta new coach at sone point.

All too predictable from the man who wants Barca to fail... and their players to fail for Spain.
