Misleading stat. Forlan was the main man by far in 2010 and no mention of Cavani and Godin who were massive contributors to Uruguay's modern golden generation.

I'm pretty sure Godin would have similar stats too.

From 1978 to 2006, Uruguay participated in only 3 World Cups.

Uruguay is small in population. Quite normal to have transitional weaker generation.
