Vinicius Umtiti Jr.

Why didn't he take the first pen?

Brother you are Brazil star player on this world cup

This bum Guimaraes who plays for english midtable side takes it

Surprisingly he did well in this WC. Liked his group stage games and was decent vs Japan too. Gorgeous pass to Endrick in this one too

Hopefully he will do the same in next world cup. Because Endrick and Estevao will be fully developed players. Then Brazil should have crazy attack

Carlo Ancelotti on why Vinicius Jr didn't take the penalty:"We did some stats and the best was Raphinha. From the players available, the best was Neymar, then Igor Thiago, then Bruno Guimarães, then Martinelli. We chose Bruno because we thought he was the best on the pitch.”

I think he fights Mbappe on who has the right to walk more. Come on, Neymar with one leg pressing for a rebound and this guy sits and watches like he is on vacation. I love him, hope he starts another civil war.

Figured as much

Then very dumb by the staff. Especially surprised by Carlo who loves Vini and has worked with him so much. Vini is not a bad PK taker

Carlo said Vini is a bad penalty taker

Out of the ones in the squad he said neyney and Raphinha are the best vini isn’t even top 3

Both him and Mbappe have similar roles in their NTs, undisputed superstars playing up front and doing as much defensive work as washed CR and Messi. Will be fun to see them back in RM having to adapt. Maybe the taste of this role will make Vini unhappy being a supporting cast to Dictator.

Erm Vini works decently hard most of the time

It's fair to say he had a solid World Cup. Hopefully, Mou won't be able to fix the toxic environment back in Madrid.

Bless him. I don't expect the stars to run, but he had an awful season and Mbbape performing puts some pressure. Now in those conditions I expected him to run more than Neymar, especially for Carlo who made all the team around him. and I always felt Neymar gets all the blame despite him pressing and Mbbape not, him pressing and Vini not.

Should leave RM. He is the third best player in the world after Mbappe and Yamal. Can change games at any moment. Works defensively solid until another ‘star’ in his team starts to sulk/not run. Which means he needs to feel being the star. Would be a right player in Barca because everyone runs and presses here. Also, no one to occupy his position. I am somehow scared that if Mou inspires everyone to work defensively, Europe won’t have answer to Mbappe, Vini and Bellingham playing together for quite some time.

Imagine looking in the mirror at that big ass nose and thinking ,, yeah , I need a chin surgery "

This does make him a lot better looking though. His lower third is stronger now and it balances out his midface.

Looks more masculine and less ugly.

Completely takes away the originality and uniqueness from his face though. Looks like a guy one of the Kardashians/Jenners politely rejected.

Dude I can never understand this

I get it if you are crazy levels of ugly or have some serious face deformity

But if not then just stay yourself. People will never get used to this new face. Even though it probably does look better on him

Maybe the media and all ugliness accusations have actually got to his head. May sound ridiculous but not entirely impossible
