I think the problem is him trying to coach these more direct kind of players. He needs to go back to his original template, modify a little and restart. At the moment he's overthinking and overcomplicated stuff.

I cannot understand HOW he got rinsed with a stacked squad like that. Flicks worst result against Madrid was when we had injuries, were on a bad run and we only lost 2 1 away.
