What an unbelievably terrible performance 
Could be because he was rushed a little bit too early off his injury, or Ligue 1 combined with international football made us massively overrate the abilities of this guy as a footballer.

He is another in a long list of French players who got cursed by winning the World Cup. At Monaco, he looked like he could go on to be one of the greats, but after winning the World Cup he became arrogant and lazy.
He has gone backwards and it's all down to his ego and lack of work rate. No matter how much natural talent you have, you have got to put in the hard yards, but instead he ran less kms than 34 year old Messi at PSG. At his speed 10kms should be a stroll, but he just about manages 8kms.
Needs to be called out, but Deschamps tried that and it fell on deaf ears. Yamal should take a long hard look at him as a warning to stay humble and hard working.

A bit of aftertiming imo. Yes, a few saw it coming, and many theorised that if didn’t work would be due to egos. Many also ]={*]ing pants real would become too strong.
Don’t think many saw coming he would be this poor on 9. Hope I don’t jinx it. Team will also improve massively once they improve mf.
