Baits like these used to be believable 3-4 years ago
We've fallen as a society trying to do baits like these.
Lewa has , overall, been in the better team since he joined Bayern. Having 1 covid CL in his 9 or 10 year Bayern career is shameless.
Fighting for scraps in a team that averages +3 goals / game in a season.
It's R10 , you know Ronaldinho ? Another football legend that gets his boots tied by Lewandowski

All of these were world-class to legends (Neuer) for example at various parts of Lewa's tenure there
Then you have Coman, Goretzka, Gnabry, Alphonso Davies, Sane etc. who were all world-class in patches/spurts. This is just top of mind. I'm sure I'm forgetting plenty
Messi since 2017 had an older Suarez, one good season of Rakitic, Pique for patches, and Alba for patches. That's it. Even MSN era, only in 2015 were Iniesta, Busquets, and Pique near their top level. Aside from the amazing attacking trio.

Reject Thiago? Mate, he was very good for Bayern, if you mean the way he left Barca there's no shame in leaving when you're a young prospect competing for game time with prime Xavi, Iniesta, Busquets and Fabregas.

So support your local team then, they probably have 11 Polish players, not just 2 like Barca. Isn't that more normal from a sociological point of view?
Exactly what I'm saying, couldn't even make it to Messi squad, and then gets mentioned as argument for Lewandowski having better support. Barca cult logic.

haha many times in this forum I said I only support local team from city I was born. Unfortunately half team is not from Poland.
I watch top teams like: Barca, Bayern, Real or Liverpool just for entertainment and when polish player is in such team it is better to watch coz I can support player from my country. I always supported players from my country. I remember as kid I was looking at Juventus results coz of Boniek.
BTW I can understand some of you are frustrated with Lewy and last 3 years it was pain to me watch him as well. I miss Bayern Lewy but it seems he is happy here so you will have to deal with him one or two more years

You're not saying anything. Even Modric would've struggled to become a first XI regular with that midfield, and he's one of the best midfielders ever. Thiago would've gotten more minutes in ANY other top team at the time except Barca. If he waited 2 more years he would become an important part of the team; maybe Rakitic wouldnt be needed, or maybe he would regress. Ultimately he made the best decision for his career, which turned out to be a great career(especially for Bayern).
