Yes we'll have 2 reigning "world champions" lol No logic but who cares? Two competitions bring more money than one.

They renamed old CWC to fifa intercontinental cup.
Slightly different format (CL winner in the final, instead of Semi).

The new CWC is new tournament essentially, a revive of the one they had around 2000, with more funding and more practical approach (once every 4 years).
