All the big teams go for size and athleticism over tech in their mid. Only Lucho's not afraid to prioritize tech with shorter mids.

Both Neves and Vitinha but especially Neves for their size are pretty physical, that’s what makes him so good, the lad loves a tackle as well as being able to zip the ball out.

Neves & Vitinha against De Jong & Pedri will be a great contest. Technical excellence in abundance.

Vitinha only started performing at this level last season. He was being criticized a lot before that.
Maybe that's just natural development and settling in or simply having a competent manager. Something changed for sure.

PSG was catering to turdle before which doesn't suit his game/development is all. No way Xavi would've given him minutes under gimpball either.
