As soon as he went out in the first leg , Dortmund got really dangerous , created more in the 10 mins he was out than all game

Today he comes in and shortly after , the tie looked completely dead. That's until Gerard Martin and Araujo went dumb again

Pedri was as lost as the rest of them that last 15/20 mins.

The only time Barca midfield had any real control was once Pedri came on and played with FDJ the two of them took it over.

After Garcia came on and FDJ moved forward Pedri was chasing shadows as were FDJ and Garcia.

IMHO he is the most crucial part of this team. If he doesn't play or has a bad game we become completely hopeless.

Nah he wasnt in past because Xavi played him in wrong position.

Barca won league extending lead over Real without Pedri in Xavis title.

Now he could be..or its Yamal.

Didn't control the game introduced later on, but every time he touched the ball I was in awe. The confidence and knowing where to place the passes and timing.

One of the best midfielders on the planet currently. Pedri deserves all the praise.

Of course he is top class. Always has been but he cant come on and control a game when it is that chaotic and thats not his fault.

Exactly. Our mentality as a whole was completely shite in that period. And one can't play football alone.

And the ticking timebombs in our backline didn't help one bit.

Don't think we improved much when we made subs because the wingers kept playing like shit. Dortmund were on and off the whole game.

Improved a bit when Pedri/FDJ deep but once Garcia on and FDJ at AM then lost all of that and Pedri/FDJ could barely get on the ball.
