I think it will be Vanderson/Ratiu who they will hope can fill in at LB when needed while hoping Jofre sooner or later can take the step up to the 1st team.

How people actually root for this guy and others like Chimy Avila I will never understand.

Despicable players.
Because, as much as i hate aspas for his constant brilliant performances against us, same amount im glad because game is much more fun to watch

Sheesh. I'm all for a high line, but playing a naive high line is the reason this game was close. Just fucking stick a man on Iglesias and stop route 1. They let him camp out at the half line unmarked. Just dumb, over and over.

There are high lines then there high lines.

That Barca line for 3rd was 20 yds in Celta half with no one near their striker I believe.

It wasnt even a pass from Celta as much as a random hoof up the park and Borja was through on goal.

That is poor communication and organisation there and not the high line Flick is asking them to play.

I hope Fermín was frustrated with himself honestly, there's levels between him and Olmo. His output isn't bad, but he doesn't influence the game enough overall and has too many bad touches.

As for Ansu, I assume Lewa's injury changed plans. But I don't see why he'd deserve any minutes ahead of Pau tbh.

Fort must be frustrated looking at Martín's shitshow. He should go on loan next season, he's still incredibly young and who knows how good he might turn out in 3 years.

Ferran just got the opportunity of a lifetime. If he turns his frustration into WC big game performances for the next 3 weeks, he could become a treble winner and starter for Barca next season.

Likes of Fermin and Ferran were probably frustrated at the score and way the team were playing when came off.

Ansu and Fati need to reign it in. They have not been good enough when given chances and it isnt about them.

Yeah De Jong is closest to Borja and forming a back 3 there, how the hell can he move up and leave Borja alone with the CBs caught wide is another big fuck up by him after the error for the 2nd goal.

If you form a 3 line, you drop to take on Borja there. You are the closest one.

Don't know what is the issue with him, but it was a horrible week of football from the Dutch.

If you don't care to act as a CB don't form a 3 line, hinting that you cover the central area, pushing the two CBs wide.

Ansu proper tucked him inside that little friendship bubble with Lameen and Balde.

Be hard to get him out of it.

Especially if after a few drinks they be like

Lamine: "bro, bro, broooo, Faaaattiiiii, my man, you still got it, you still got it bro. Tomorrow, you go up to Hans and you tell him you ain't leaving, that you will prove him wrong. That you will fight for your place."

Balde: "wooooord, fo shizzle"
