Funny thing is that, except for a friendly and possibly in the 2026 World Cup, we might never see them face each other as there is no WCQ for Argentina for the 2030 World Cup

This will surely be interesting. I'm not sure Carlo is the best guy for international job. A little like Flick's situation - his job heavily depends on his relationship with the players and there is little time on those international breaks.

That and the fact that the Brazilian pool of players is currently pretty shite. When Joelinton is your starting midfielder, you know the situation is dire.

Attack is great although no real striker makes it difficult, defense solid but midfield utter shit indeed
But who knows maybe Brazil develops some midfielders over the years. Guy from Strasbourg looks good.

I think he'll improve Brazil's results, if accepts the job. He's one of the best out there in man management. Something essential in NT job.

I agree. Ancelotti always had the best players behind his trophies. This Brazil generation is far from that, especially in defense.
The vibe is similar to English press pushing for Pep England job last year.

RM didn't have the best players in their last 2 CL titles. City at least had much better.
This is actually his best attribute, he uses team strength to the maximum, and do the best job to cover for their weaknesses.
On paper he is actually the perfect for Brazil. They have so many good players but some big holes. He is the one to get the best out of this
