    Who could replace Xavi?

It's like comparing Fiat to Ferrari. One of them is a coaching legend and another one is a guy with 6 good months behind him. Again, what should Barca be? Can you elaborate? Young people here can't understand that our style of play is a myth. Johan Cruyff played a different system than Pep or...

    Who could replace Xavi?

Klopp fits everywhere. He is for sure one of the best managers in the world of football if not the best (together with Pep). Furthermore, what is our style of play? IMHO we currently have no style whatsoever so that wouldn't be a problem.

    Xavi Hernández

I don't think that anyone here thinks that Xavi is a great manager (except maybe Serghei) and majority of us want him out. However, he for sure is not the only problem we have.

    Joan Laporta

I agree. However, we need to stay smart and find the right solution for our bench and not the quickest and easiest one. We did exactly that with Valverde, when we appointed Setien and that ended up horribly. There is no room to make that same mistake twice. I am 90% sure that Xavi won't be here...

    Joan Laporta

I agree with you 100%. However, if we fire Xavi now we basically have no alternative and we can't appoint another inexperienced manager for the next 5 months (Marquez) and just wait for the miracle to happen. That's the reason I sad that we need to make smart and long term decisions in summer...

Vitor Roque (loaned to Real Betis)

Can someone explain to me why would we pay 40 mil for a player and than play him less than Guiu? Is Guiu so special or are we THAT dumb? If Guiu is indeed better than Roque than why the hell did we buy Roque? If on the other hand Roque is better and the price is reasonable than why the hell is...

    Joan Laporta

People need to calm down. We have no money, we have too many young players, we are playing out of home until 2025. There is no club in the world that could compete at the highest level under this circumstances. I am not saying Xavi is the right coach, or that Laporta is on the required level as...

    Xavi Hernández

This! This team has limits and we need to be aware of that. However, Xavi also has limits and this should probably be his last season here. We need someone with a game plan and someone who will have a clear vision for the next 2 or 3 years.

    Who could replace Xavi?

That stupid tradition brought us here. Except Pep and maybe Enrique all other managers during the last 15 years were mediocre. It's time to finally change that.
  10. Raketa10

    Rafael Márquez

Than we are more stupid than I could have ever imagined. We would be getting rid of Xavi whose main problem was the lack of experience and tactical knowledge and than we would be replacing him with the guy who has even less experience and even worste track record. Unbelievable things. No wonder...

    Who could replace Xavi?

Who would you like to see as a new Barca manager? I tried to put everyone realistic on the list. However, in case you vote for the "other" just write who would that person be.
  12. Raketa10

    Xavi Hernández

To be fair if they don't someone else will slaughter us in 1/4 final. Unfortunately, this mediocre team with mediocre manager is a guarantee for another humiliation in CL. Furthermore, I can't see a single player in this team who has a personality or authority to raise his voice to shake his...

    Rafael Márquez

If he is our next solution than we are fucked beyond repair.
  14. Raketa10

    Sergi Roberto

Renewing him at 32 would be the dumbest decision ever. Just let him go and promote some young guy from B team.
  15. Raketa10

    Xavi Hernández

Mourinho would be an absolute 24/7 show on and of the field! :D
  16. Raketa10

    Xavi Hernández

De Zerbi could also be an option. He is managing Brighton and not some top CL team.

Lionel "The Greatest of All Time" Messi V2

    Congrats GOAT!
  18. Raketa10

    Xavi Hernández

Pep will never return and Marquez is not a solution. He never coached any team except Barca B and even there he hasn't won the game since November. We finally need to learn that this is not the way to go.
  19. Raketa10

    Xavi Hernández

If alternative is to hire someone like Marquez or Fabregas than I would risk it. We finally need a proper manager, and if that means waiting until summer than I am fine with it. We didn't have a decent manager since Lucho left so we can endure for another 6 months. No one decent would agree to...
  20. Raketa10

    Xavi Hernández

Let's say we sack him. Who can we hire? Conte? Lopetegui? Marquez? Flick? Laporta won't fire him because he knows he can't get anyone decent right now. We need to aim for someone much better next summer or we'll sink even deeper.
