Coutinho is Coutinho, and Mina is a very interesting gamble as I see it. My only real gripe is our outgoing loans, which I obviously would have preferred to be clean sales. Aside from that, the loss of El Jefecito would've been scary if not for the reemergence of Vermaelen. A pretty clear 4...

He's been hot and cold this season, but was stellar tonight and created chances at will. He and the rest of the Spurs midfield completely bossed Pogba and Matic.

Right now Alba is easily the better player imo, and his synergy with Messi would be insane to get rid of. A couple of seasons ago, I would've been all over this rumor. Now, not so much.

Where would you play him? Alba is currently the better player, and I could name a host of midfielders who I'd rather field who'd be much cheaper than Alaba.

Pretty much, yeah. As I wrote in another post, it just seems like he has zero tactical or positional awareness. It's some kindergarten shit he pulls off time and time again.

Arsenal were shockingly bad. Mustafi, Xhaka, Cech and probably a handful more, looked like they belong in a second tier league or worse. I have zero love for Arsenal or Wenger, but I feel for their fans... must be rough and a half :(

I had the displeasure of watching Arsenal again tonight, and in a sea of shit, this guy still managed to stand out as one of the foulest smelling turds to befoul the pitch. :worthy:
