There can be mitigation for the type of road, good weather, lack of traffic, road condition and so on. I remember my dad only getting a written warning for something in the region of 25-30 km/h over on a 100 km/h highway.

Meh. If you willingly endanger lives of others, you should be punished. Minor incidents are punished with a fixed petty fine, day-fines are scaled. To get to the day-fines you need to be at least 20 km/h over the limit. The most often cited example of those kind of fines is the case where a...

Besides Chilean limit seems lenient. Here it's 0.5 grams and 1.2 would make it aggravated and get you a suspended sentence of about 20 days with two years probation or loss of the equivalent of 2 months of your pay. And of course losing your license for at least a year. Though having it had led...

And there's the problem. No point in negotiating anything but financials with the current board.

Sad to see him go, but great to see it happen on a high note and in a proper manner. Yet still...

Lassa Tyres , new partner of FC Barcelona

I guess I've grown cynical, first thoughts were that they're either trying to make the books look good before elections or see this as their last chance to pocket some kickbacks.

Fifa report into alleged corruption clears Qatar to host 2022 World Cup

Yeah. My reasoning here is that as they know to be wary of each other, it could work as motivation to actually create a rigid framework that can withstand attempts of takeover and other such things.

Fifa report into alleged corruption clears Qatar to host 2022 World Cup

At this point the main alternative should be the leading national associations coming together and trying to create something new, structured in a manner not so easily corrupted. Of course that could wrong in many ways too, but FIFA seems to be way beyond redemption.

Fifa report into alleged corruption clears Qatar to host 2022 World Cup

There's a FIFA press conference starting soon. Edit. Not much said. "We are the damaged party and fully co-operate", election to go on as planned, timing because it was convenient because everyone is gathered in one place...

He's just a bit too Spanish for my liking :) Don't really care for the rest of current crop either. Now I'm just waiting for what will propably be Nieminen's last match in French Open. The last time I had favorites they were Mark Philippousis and Gustavo Kuerten.

Watching Rafa play, first time in a while. Not only is his game weak, the way he moves around looks weird.

And with a power struggle summer like this, not being able to transfer doesn't mean we won't buy.

2015 CL Final: Barca - Juve 3-1 !!!CAMPIONS!!!

We had a light blue version of that same design as against Sampdoria in 1986 against Steaua, 1991 against United and 1997 against PSG.

Would have liked to see Jagr take at least a bronze one last time. Don't really care too much for the final. If Canada wins, it's kind of boring. If Russia wins, Russia wins.
