    CL | Round of 16 - 2nd Leg: FC Barcelona - Paris Saint-Germain 6-1 (6-5 agg.)

I consider myself realist and never had much hope, but today i feel the luck might be on our side and we might actual pull it off. Mats to save us on penalties and Pique socring the last one confirming his legend status :pique1:

    Hello from Portugal

What's the matter? Im portuguese aswell and Messi is my fav player. Second is the almighty Gomes obviosuly.

    Sergi Roberto

When he actually tries to dribble he is really good, should try it more.
  8. Diogo28

    Samuel Umtiti

He is a solid CB and a possible world class for the future. Nice buy.

    1 - Marc-Andre ter Ansplant

    He is amazing.

    Sergi Samper

Im not going back to this fight again. Clearly the la Masia bias is strong here. André Gomes has already shown he is better than his Barça's version. He is a consolidated La Liga player and a great passer and shooter, things he failed to show in Barça so far mainly Lucho's fault, or you think...

    Sergi Samper

I know one. Being a better player. Gomes was a starter in Benfica, Valencia and Portugal NT while Samper struggles to play in the almighty Granada. You can try make Gomes a bad player has much as you want but the real problem for him is that we lack a gameplan and a coach atm.

    André Gomes

That's easy. I dont have any particular reason to like but i can tell you the whole story. I've watched him since he started playing from Benfica (the rival of my personal favourite FCPorto) very early (18 yo). Their system was frenetic 4-4-2 where he was the 8 of the team when he played. He...

    Luis Enrique

We dont need to play as Pep used to play, we need a gameplan and we simply dont have one. Our goal kicks were more threatening to us than a corner and that shows bad preparation and lack of a plan. They knew who and how to press when we regaind the ball and we didnt know how to keep it apart...

    Sergio Busquets

He was so good when he used to drop between the CBs to start the plays. Now the midfield is a stupid, ineffective line of 3. Not his fault for sure.
  15. Diogo28

    Sergi Roberto

So now all our players are bad? He isnt a RB. Had a good start but soon started to show his liabilities there and teams exploit that.
  16. Diogo28

    Samuel Umtiti

He is solid. Try be a good CB when you have no midfield cover in front of you...

    André Gomes

It's easy to piss on the worst player on the field when the midfield is inexistent as a whole, the forwards dont link with the rest of the team and there is no gameplan. He is a good player, way above average and his career shows he is improving. He wasnt an absurd transfer because he is a good...

    Copa | Semi-final 2nd leg: FC Barcelona - Atlético de Madrid 1-1 (3-2 agg.)

My countrymate Gomes showing some amazing stuff

    André Gomes

Thats the thing. He thrived on Benfica with Jorge Jesus on a fast transitions style, which is pretty much the opposite of Barça. He is quite good but i think our style is his main problem.
  20. Diogo28

We need a worldclass playmaker at all costs!

Or Lucho could grow a pair, tell Messi to play as RW again and bench Neymar if he keeps playing this bad.
