    10 - Lionel Messi - v3

If there is no such thing as talent we all would have pretty much equal chances to become world class football players (or pianists, mathematiciancs etc.) by practise alone. So Sumo, if you had practised as much as Messi, would you be one on the Ballon Do'r list? I'm 100% sure I would not.

    Zlatan Ibrahimovic

In your opinion what kind of message would it give to the Barca players if the management would be crying about Ibra decision? A) we do not care, we shall go through B) we are f***ed, how could we possibly win. In my opinion complaining about this decision would be pretty much the most stupid...

    Isaac Cuenca

It was a clear penalty. If it were a pure shoulder to shoulder no problem, but it was not. It was a shove and thus a foul. He played well, gives us something extra. In my opinion him and Tello should keep challenging the opposition like they do, a great addition to lineup.

    10 - Lionel Messi - v1

Obviously a great part of Barcas' success is down to Leo. But the dependence is another thing. Yes Barca has an extra gear when Leo is on form, but all together the biggest contributor to the success is the cohesion of the team (e.g La Masia). They all know what to do and when. Having said this...

    10 - Lionel Messi - v1

The man once again. Not a great performance but when needed a great goal. We do need another threat upfront ASAP!

    14 - Javier Mascherano

Unbelieveable guy, immense in defense. Really working his socks off!

    10 - Lionel Messi - v1

Leo scoring 60 goals at this time of a season is something unbelievable! Pele was great, but you can not compare these two eras of football. What Leo has done is something that was last done 40 years ago by Gerd Mueller, and even that is not comparable. No one in the modern football has done...

    10 - Lionel Messi - v1

Ok did not play up to the usual standard but the problem is deeper. All the players are pretty much expecting Leo to take the ball (or it is given) and score (or create a goal), this is obvious on some occasions. The problem is that if no one else is getting dangerous it is easy to defend.

    Andrés Iniesta

It all comes down to self confidence I think. It is a bit different to play on the wide where you are expected to play like a winger (which is not Iniestas's thing) or playing with Xavi on the midfield. Playing on the midfield Andres is one of the most creative (if not the most) players in the...

    Andrés Iniesta

I seriously wonder why Pep keeps playing Iniesta on the left wing. His performances always are mediocre there, he needs to play with Xavi on the midfield, that's the way to dominate a game...

    Gerard Piqué

    10 - Lionel Messi - v1

I think Leo missed the opportunities to score today, the first one was awful. Anyhow he is the ONLY player to provide some constant thread upfront(no matter what game). Cesc is fading, Alexis has been good but obviously is not a strict scoring threat. My point is, atm we are too easy to defend...

    10 - Lionel Messi - v1

Only one who could make anything happen. Did not have the killer instinct today. The first breakthrough should have buried Villareal.

    10 - Lionel Messi - v1

Why is it always that Leo is compared to the GREAT DIEGO. We all Know here that in football terms Leo is by far the best player that has ever graced the earth (Diego is the equal or the only challenger). He is not as commanding as Diego was but the competition is a little bit different. These...

2011 CL Final: FC Barcelona - Manchester United FC 3-1 - Champions!

Time for me to make my first post. I have watched pretty much all the games during the past four years (I,m not much of a forum guy). I have never seen the team such strongly united and I hope this is just the beginning. It is great to see how these players are enjoying themselves. It results...
