I don't know why France persists on sacrificing its midfield for Griezmann. Man is the most defensive and most negative "number 10" I've ever seen. All he does is work rate and defend, with the occasional link up play and finishing. Why not get a 3 man midfield instead? Far more useful instead.

Very true! It's international football though so just being defensively solid is enough, even if you're shit going forward. Their attack, midfield, and CBs are class so they can easily make up for the fullback deficiencies.
