He played 30 minutes for Wales and was good, took a wicked free kick and really troubled the Serbian defense and he's had 3 very good training sessions with Madrid so far. I don't think he's fit fit, but he can definitely play.

Just an update on all the injured players. Ronaldo and Isco trained normally with the rest of the team which means they might be ready for Villarreal, but I'd rather have them rested for the CL. Marcelo, Coentrao and Xabi are all in recovery. Varane started working with the ball. Bale is ok...

I thought he was ok. I love when players give it their all for the shirt they wear. Like when Mandžukić celebrated that goal against Serbia yesterday, that was so awesome.

According to Marca it is after all 91M. I know what you'll say, it's Marca blabla, but initially they reported it was a world record of 99M. So if they are going with the less scandalous, cheaper version (the 91M) now, there's gotta be some truth to that. Or maybe it's just my wishful thinking...
