    Luis Suárez

Maybe now the doubters will shut up for... a week I guess?

    Jordi Alba

    Underrated. Owns that left flank.

    10 - Lionel Messi - V6

This time off will turn out to be good for him. He will have a rest physically and mentally he'll be pumped up to go again.

    Andrés Iniesta

This truly feels like an end of an era, even more so than when Xavi left. Messi is the best player I've ever seen, but nobody has made the beatiful game look as effortless as Don Andres. Hopefully he can come back to the club one day, maybe as Xavi's assistant coach. ;)

One more memorable performance in a final. Oh boy will we miss him...

    La Liga 2017/18

So, after Atleti's loss we need to win vs Depor to win the league and get the Pasillo for El Clasico, right? Would be a sweet moment after recent troubles. Although I believe Madrid have threatened not to form the Pasillo because we didn't do it at the Bernabeu after they won the Club World Cup...

    10 - Lionel Messi - v5

Not his best display, but was still involved in 3 goals. I reckon he's not 100% fit. Should rest next weekend.

    Andrés Iniesta

Clearly not fit. Needs a proper rest now. Surely he is not going with La Roja, is he?

    11 - Ousmane Dembélé - V1

Good finish and some solid defensive work. Needs to work on his first touch, but he's on a right track.

    Samuel Umtiti

Needs a new improved contract asap. Absolute world class all around. So calm.

    10 - Lionel Messi - v5

I wouldn't blame Leo too much for the lack of chances created. Chelsea defended very well and allowed almost no space for him to work with. Nice finish tho.

I always like to see keepers make an effort to save a shot, so William's first post was a bit of a freeze. But he certainly couldn't have done anything for the goal, as there was no way for him to see the shot.

    André Gomes

Awful with the ball at his feet. At least he does his duty defensively.

    7 - Philippe Coutinho - V1

    This guy is pure class.

    14 - Javier Mascherano

El Jefecito :worthy: I have to say, that after seeing him play for the first time as a Barca player against Hercules (Barca losing 0-2 at home), I didn't expect him to have such a legendary career here. He was struggling to fit in and frankly didn't look like a Barca player. But then came some...

    Tennis

Fantastic effort from Cilic today against Nadal! Okay, Nadal got injured in the fourth set, but still big respect for the way Marin played. Federer is surely the favourite for the title now. Hopefully he can take the 20th slam. If not, then I wouldn't mind seeing Cilic win it all. The croatian...

    Xavi Hernández

Great interview indeed! For me, a certain amount of idealism and stubbornness is a positive for a Barca manager. Xavi looks to have been in coaching mode already as a player, so it would be surprising if he didn't become a coach one day, hopefully at Barca.

    La Liga 2017/18

Unzue doing such a good job with Celta. Their game is a bit suicidal but very entertaining. Same old same old from RMA. Ronaldo's form seems to be getting even worse...

    11 - Ousmane Dembélé - V1

He oozes talent but is trying too much. Also, it shouldn't be forgotten how little football he has played during the last six months. Needs a couple of goals to give his confidence a boost. Coutinho's arrival should also ease the pressure he feels.

    10 - Lionel Messi - v5

Invisible during the first half, but absolutely bossed it after the break. Played a role in all three goals and should have had a couple of additional assists.
