i know a couple of SPFC fans and they had a good laugh when they heard barcelona were interested in douglas. they thought the editor got the name wrong and it was supposed to be Caio.
they'll rather have a player that can't play RB play RB instead of having douglas at RB

do you follow him regularly? he's had a lot of great games with ajaccio. it's not the first time he's done what he did with brazil. maybe if he had joined PSG before the drug scandal during the Gold Cup a few years ago you might think differently about him.
either way, those 12 million +...
he always pushes forward no matter what team he has played for. he might be strong but he doesn't bring the physical preference that yaya can when he defends.
4231 could be in the works. Tata has used that two pivot in the midfield more than a couple of times. Drop messi to his argentina role where he is free to roam and the people up front are able to interchange . It would drive the oppenents defense crazy
U get a guy like reus/Suarez and they...
i think cesc is perfect in our midfield. he always seems to look up and try to find the forward that is making the run. that is one way of beating the parked bus imo
i like when cesc plays in the midfield. with him the ball moves a faster and our forwards have a better chance of getting a through ball. when teams park the bus that's what we need. tiki taka doesn't work when teams park the bus because the opposite team knows not to pressure and just sit...
well everyone is short. even if we had a tall CB, we will still struggle in set pieces. Xavi, iniesta, messi, neymar, alexis/pedro/tello, alves, alba/adriano are all 5'8" or shorter. so putting all the blame on one player for setpieces is nonsense.
why didnt villa bring up the penalty to cesc or the red for suarez? everyone is tied down to their own opinion and they only speak up when it favors them.
