I am so confused as to how Eusebio still has a job, if not for Deulofeu he probably wouldn't. He gets his tactics all wrong and his substitutions in game almost always come back to bite Barca B. He can't have long left although I was saying this last season as well.

There is an infatuation with young talent getting first team opportunities but I think we all remember Bojan and what happened with him when he was promoted too soon. Replacing either Alexis or Pedro with Deulofeu or Neymar would be rash in my opinion. Pedro is 25 and Alexis just turned 24...
