Gotta respect his decision.
All I can say is thanks for all the great years he gave us and for announcing his decision so early so Barca have time to look for a replacement :D Best of luck for his future too.
Iniesta is better than Zidane; the opposite perception is mostly influenced by the fact that Zidane didn't have a supernova like Messi playing in the same era or even team to take the spotlight off him, while Andrés does.
So happy for Andrés :D
This was long, long overdue.
He is an awesome player and a great role model and inspiration. I couldn't be more happy that he won this :D
Valdés did make a mistake but that doesn't erase all the great things he's done over the years.
He's still our #1 and I'm sure he will show why in the coming matches. It'd be idiotic to turn against him because of one mistake.
Obviously not.
That's true for all Cup competitions, though.
This year is the most blatant case of a team who's not even remotely close to being the best in Europe winning it though. Surely the weakest team to win it in the Champions League era (from 1992)
I love a good underdog story as much as anyone else.
But this is not one, unfortunately. There's nothing brave or heroic about Chelsea's success or the way they got there.
