he would rather have his head shot insted of of losing to Real
had it been someone else other than him..his head would be in the goal along with the ball.

I always used to lol at Liverpool fans going on about how "Reina isn't the best keeper in the world but I wouldn't swap him for anyone". But I genuinely feel like this about Valdes now

Exactly .. Valdes is not just a goal keeper .. he's part of the playing style .. he gets involved with all the passing and getting the ball around ..

Come on, his sliding effort to miss collecting the ball was hilarious and highly entertaining. Only less entertaining than trying to convince the referee he didn't touch it

the way he passed the ball with his teammates....it takes a lot of guts to do that. put any other goalkeeper in the world to do that and we concede 10 goal every game.
